I stopped cycling for quite some time so, when I had the opportunity to bike I go immediately. But, It seems to have changed because it is difficult to reach the minimum distance I set. This is the feeling as if you're just a beginner in cycling, you've only done a few laps but you're so tired! My target here was only 50KM but I said I had a hard time finishing that.
